Hellenic Harvest is a love letter to our Greek heritage.
Our story begins in a small kitchen in the heart of Greece, where recipes were lovingly passed from grandfather to father, and now to son. I was raised in the kitchen, where food was more than just nourishment — it was a labour of love.
Every dish we create is rooted in tradition and elevated to restaurant quality, crafted with the same care my family has shared for generations. These recipes have not only fed our own table, but have also been served with pride to small communities across British Columbia.
